FBEC moving up ... logic dictates if there were note holders looking for any price they could get the stock would be going down hard ... simply retail action
note holders wanting to get any price for the soon to be worthless paper they hold.
Come-on now FBEC is a Trade like every other OTC out there, and if you CONCENTRATE on Trading the stock, follow the Chart T/A, the Buy & Sell signals, everybody who knows how to Trade OTCs CAN make money on this stock as well as other stocks.
I could really care less what the people running this company do or don't do, I'm here for a profit and thats it Period.
Right now the FBEC Chart is Bullish, very Bullish at that, and there's no CD's being sold right now either, perfect time for a quick run-up, thats when you take profits off the table, get out of this whatever you want to call it stock, & move on...
