AS = 1 Billion as of March 8th 2017
OS = 594 Million as of March 8th 2017 & 653 Million as of March 29 2017
FLOAT = Est. to be 370 Million (based on last reported Float plus increases in OS since that time period.)

NOTE WORTHY INFORMATION: As of the last Q filed COHO only had 30K in Convertibles and 15 K in penalties and interest which seems to almost be done being converted!
