That will NEVER happen unless they pull a stunt like they did the last time they paid a dividend ..... by selling stock in order to be able to pay. If that move didn't signal what a total scam this company is, nothing will and those people will most definitely ride the stock to zero ........

PME a chinese fishing company was at 86c in November.1c/quarter dividend at a cost of just $800,000 and a small profit of just 8c last quarter and they are now at $4.66!Net Assets of just over $100M!Market Cap now at $366M!

SIAF is prepared to do anything for shareholder value but distribute some money through dividends or buybacks even an insignificant amount for a company worth over half a billion.
