I think you better re-think your finders fee there's 2 10k prodjects from the way I remember and besides fmnj's maybe closer to 15k it was not limited to 10, if you got your home work done better you may find that they relate to many miles apart and 2 different cities , and You may come up with another city that no one has mentioned. Maybe you allready know anyway since you so sure than you probably know so post it here and will see if can guess or maybe allready know.
On the other hand you say they have no experiance, I say its old technology with few experianced on a process that some 110 old germans had going and it was forgot about, all the tech and spec is there, hire one man run the show teach the ducks, even I can make gas, lol The thing is there is little experts, learning last now making ducks to hire for the safety control, don't be to fast to cook my duck he may order you cooked first,lol He ain't as dumb as he looks, any way if I turn out to be way off here which I doubt I'll eat your duck,lol so get to work true heart from what I can tell your only going on a twist that you twisted on a back in about July, why my duck wants to know.
