NRS 77.040 “Commercial registered agent” defined. “Commercial registered agent” means an individual or a domestic or foreign entity transacting business as a registered agent for 10 or more entities or any registered agent who elects to be registered under NRS 77.320. 1. A registered agent may resign at any time with respect to a represented entity by filing with the Secretary of State a statement of resignation signed by or on behalf of the agent which states: (a) The name of the entity; (b) The name of the agent; and (c) That the agent resigns from serving as agent for service of process for the entity. 2. A statement of resignation takes effect on the earlier of the 31st day after the day on which it is filed or the appointment of a new registered agent for the represented entity. 3. The registered agent shall promptly furnish the represented entity with notice in a record of the date on which a statement of resignation was filed and shall file with the Secretary of State an affidavit stating that written notice of the resignation has been provided to each represented entity. The affidavit must include the name of each represented entity that was provided notice, but is not required to include the contact information of the represented entity or the names of the interest holders of the represented entity. The registered agent shall keep a copy of each notice provided to a represented entity on file for 1 year after the date of filing the statement of resignation and shall make any such copy available to the Secretary of State upon request. 4. When a statement of resignation takes effect, the registered agent ceases to have responsibility for any matter tendered to it as agent for the represented entity. A resignation under this section does not affect any contractual rights the entity may have against the agent or that the agent may have against the entity. 5. A registered agent may resign with respect to a represented entity whether or not the entity is in good standing. (Added to NRS by 2007, 2636; A 2009, 2825)
WHY they resigned is another question. Notice, the company didn't change its RA but the RA resigned. Does it have to do with the company moving states? Company doing nefarious deeds and the RA knows of such and distancing themselves? RA closing shop, retiring?
There are no points of reference in time for helixwind.com on the internet wayback machine. That tells us helixwind.com is a new site itself. Anyone could have built it then setup a redirect to another bogus site. This has fishy written all over it. If anyone reaches out to Christina to see if she knows she has a web site as well as coming soon, that would tell us for sure.
