Dividend to KGKG record date pushed back one week.
Means we are likely in doldrums for a while longer

Need this done , and picture of shares out, float now and future once awarded. Seems we add 40mm +|- to float post the restricted date (unknown)

This could be manageable but depends on growth... it will be a big hit when time comes.

Great to hear company perspective on this ( dilution, timing, growth estimate as possible). This could be a value depressing overhang.
