This will be the first time I will go through an RS.

ICLD is not your typical wash rinse and repeat OTC where RS means dilution dilution dilution. Most RS in OTC land are 100/1 or 1000/1, this one is small which indicates to me, ICLD has no need for dilutions, it's all about compliance and, like you said, it will save their dollar dollar bills currently on hand.

you are 99.9% correct, the only oversights 1) reduced liquidity of shares (inconsequential here IMO) 2) The negative connotation associated with a RS (which we just have to accept I guess) tyvm shotsky
