its realtime feed from EDGARS, when CEGX attorney says "release to public" the 8k, he means filing with EDGARS, whom then will publish/release to public online... if you look at the EDGARS CEGX page you will see it.. it has allowed many to have a VERY small window of valuble time before others see news when SEC filings hit.. this is entertainment for me now, but EDGARS RSS when done right is a good tool...
