You are absolutely correct. The timing couldn't have been any better for the company, but also for the shareholders because of such a minimal dilution effect. By the time they need more money, the pps will probably be well over $60, imo.

I totally agree...$80 Million should also be more than enough to cover trials for the next year or two.
