That's a computer generated program which basically says that DCAC has resistance at .0001. Everything else on there is meaningless because that's what it's shown for the last year.
The only thing that matters is that DCAC has no business, no money, and 3 supposed board members who are missing in action and don't even bother to file financial reports as required.
