CEO's been true to his word and dedicated to bring this company and stock up to pennies, the only thing some have questioned is timing but I've rarely encountered a small company that can pin that down precisely, there are layers of people to run it through, accountants and lawyers, but now he doesn't answer to Windsor/Meyers though they are still available as needed, the best of both worlds IMO --
and he and Eagle's team have the combined financial and oil drilling experience to "monetize" this thing, all engines gunning, that's why the CFO bowed out gracefully as it being more than he could handle, very civilized departure on good terms, speaks well for the CEO.
Makes sense to do the full 8K next that explains the letter, but jessiejames and I have the gist of it from the horse's mouth and shared it as far as we can, the rest is for the CEO to spell out as their lawyers see fit. 8K's are a legal document, no "forward looking statements" as in PR"s, this is serious and expensive stuff.
Shows seriousness. PR's will then explain in more detail and give a vision, whatever else they want to tell us, very transparent.
People we have a rare opportunity here, anyone who's gotten in so far is more than lucky to have stumbled on this or held knowing what they've got, tomorrow might be the last day before it blows up, we have no idea what will happen on the open market but IMO
bid-sitting for cheapies is playing with fire!
Buy a sure thing or chase, those are the options.
IDK if it's coincidence there was low-ball bid-sitting soon after jessiejames' posts started to confirm the impending series of major filings and news, but clearly there are MM games to load, have been going on for some time, throwing 10K of their free shares on the Ask and so on -- c'mon real investors, let's end that nonsense once and for all, set your Asks high or slap the Ask.
