..regardless of the equation. Doubling the shares cuts the PPS in half and so on.

Reading court records, HWAL complained that Blackbridge should not have been allowed to convert shares at .0001 because HWAL had pulled a 1-for-77 reverse split. They argued the price of the shares owed to Blackbridge should have been adjusted to reflect the R/S. Apparently the contract wasn't worded that way because Blackbridge kept demanding and receiving 10 million share tranches priced at .0001.

SO...if HWAL remains unable to win their argument then blowing up the A/S combined with forward splitting seems intended to drive the PPS lower in order to thwart Blackbridge. Why else do it?

Driving the PPS from today's close of .0025 downward to .0001 is a fall of 96%. The A/S would have to be jacked way up to maintain a proportional market cap
