Maybe illegal. I live 1/2 from Ft Lauderdale office. No one never answers the phone, I want to see some records. Regular business hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM. I will be stopping by within next week to request to inspect records. If no one is at the office and I do not get the company cooperation than I will need to get a attorney's advise, if a law suite is his advise than a law suite it will be.

Title XXXVI BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS Chapter 607 FLORIDA BUSINESS CORPORATION ACT View Entire Chapter 607.1602 Inspection of records by shareholders.— (1) A shareholder of a corporation is entitled to inspect and copy, during regular business hours at the corporation’s principal office, any of the records of the corporation described in s. 607.1601(5) if the shareholder gives the corporation written notice of his or her demand at least 5 business days before the date on which he or she wishes to inspect and copy.
