they are all holding tight (insiders, shareholders),actual float so tiny. Float will remain the same. 210 Capital deal on a huge premium.

Yes it will be halted, the Q will be removed, and I suspect a PR will be released with the information of the new business venture of P10/210 LLC.... we aren't privy to it now because the deal hasn't been finalized yet and can't be disclosed until the restructuring is over. Sit back and wait for the $$$ is my plan.
