Look this auditor must be PCAOB registered and if they failed to perform basic procedures like simply confirming internal control structure, they might lose their registration. Nevertheless, this is extremely troubling if they can't even deal with basic internal control audit, then I will go as far as how reliable their 10K at this point. Again this an extremely serious stuff for an issuer, accuracy of financials. imo
