Unfortunately the ticker will ALWAYS be plagued by the fact that the company was charged by the SEC with touting bogus revenue.

No amount of good news can overcome this fact. The company will have to either change it's name and ticker or reverse merge into another company or go eventually private (which appears to be what Goh and Pyatt have in mind imo.)
