Mr. Kunyuan Yang founded Liaoning Kuncheng Education Investment Co., Ltd. in 2016 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. From August 2010 to October 2012, Mr. Yang served as the Executive Director of Shenyang Kuncheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. From November 2012 to July 2014, Mr. Yang was the inspector of Business Department at the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Management Committee of Shenyang European Union Economic Development Zone. Mr. Yang has been Chairman of China Teletech Holding, Inc. since November 15, 2016. Since July 2014, Mr. Yang has been the Chairman of Education Magazine for Fop Students and the chairman of Shenyang International A-Level Center. Mr. Yang received his Sentosa Hospitality & tourism Advanced Diploma in September 2008 from Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore.

my guess is Kunyuan Yang is building a portfolio of education related companies to work under Kuncheng Education Investment co and going public through RM with CNCT.
