Because stock charts like MyECheck don't make straight lines to zero. Eventually, sellers stop selling to get higher prices which is quite obvious since no one hit the bids at .0027 for days. Minions then step up with petty cash because they enter into a false belief system that the stock can't go lower. As the stock goes higher, sellers step up once again and the move that the stock made based on $10-$20,000 in selling is quickly erased because the sellers (the real money) and the minion sellers usually take the stock to a lower low. Even a company that goes scull and crossbones on OTC Markets or is sued by the SEC takes the exact same pattern. Hopefully, I've answered your questions.
