Hello RickeyBobby,

Cougar Metals is a AUD$ .01 , literally a penny.

You are aware of the number of OS in Cougar, even before this capital raise, yes?

Any concerns there for you

No, since I have no plans to buy Cougar shares. They have experience in drilling and completing a program in saprolitic rock, and that is good enough for me.

i wonder if there were more established partner to work with ..??

Yes and no. Like most business deals, it depends on how many "pounds of flesh" they want to take and/or you are willing to give.

This was the best deal at that particular point in time.

DNI's CEO is already looking ahead and has a couple of other graphite properties that meet his strict criteria with purchase in mind.

In fact, his vision for the company goes beyond simply mining graphite, so I think that eventually more established entities will enter into JV/partnerships with DNI.

This game is still in the early innings - good luck to you!

DMNKF DNI RickeyBobby. Don't worry about the low price of Cougar.
Australians love low price stocks.
I was in Perth many times in the early 2000s and bought many stocks on the ASX. Aussies love stocks that go from 3 cents to 6 cents a share. They don't base margin on a share price like 3 dollars here, but on the market cap of a stock, whether it sells at 1 dollar a share or 2 cents a share.
For example in the early 2000s there was and still is a very large tech and home furnishings chain called Harvey Norman, like Best Buy here.
Their stock got to 10 dollars a share and the company split their stock 10 for 1 to bring it back to a dollar a share. 10 dollars was too high. Would that happen here?
Australia took their largest phone company public around the same time called TELSTRA Australia's AT&T with a market cap of around 50 billion at 3 dollars a share. Would AT&T go public at 3 dollars a share?
You can go to Hot Copper their best stock forum and see for yourself all the low price stocks. CGM is the stock symbol for Cougar on the ASX, and if you read the posts, those guys are very happy to see Cougar for from 1 cent to 3 cents a share in the next few months.
God knows how many shares each of those guys have, and stock commision is based on value not how many shares you buy.
Anyway you are investing in DNI which has a great future with its soft dirt and great leader in Dan Weir. Give him a call, he is a great guy.
Cheers
