Cowboy for what it's worth I totally agree with your post. I still can't digest the excuses given (large holders need the money, got them at cheap prices ,etc, etc). If breaking news will hit this year (as some have predicted) why would the large investors sell now when in 6-8 months the price could blow thru the roof.

"two large holders selling into terrible and depressed share prices doesn't make any sense"

I am not bashing , long term holder, but trying to figure out what makes sense and what doesn't.

Guess we will see down the road.

True But this is a Bio stock and any big cash infusion by partnership or sale, and you run the risk of sitting out a big gap up.

Very true. Even if some sort of "DEAL" hits the wire this afternoon with 50-75 million upfront and 100's of millions in milestones for a phase 2 drug...the stock could jump to 10+ dollars and that will legitimately be the beginning. Having a BIO like this with a pipeline this robust will allow a long and steady climb into the teens, 20's 30's and triple digits over time. UNLESS: pfizer wants the whole thing for a simple 17 Billion buyout right now? And then people lose out on a $1 stock that overnight is worth $107.

Most likely - like 99.8% chance that does not happen, but it could.

CTIX is unknown to the market. PURE AND SIMPLE. Leo has never been a flashy PR guy and guy that goes out to PR outlets to get people stir crazy about CTIX. That is one reason I personally like it here. No pump. It's a legit company. I do believe there is an evil side playing games because there is NO reason for MAKO to write about CTIX if there was not a play against. There is no reason for AF to spend his time bashing if there was no one betting against. We all get it...CTIX is a start up BIO, they have cash in the line of stock. Leo has done a tremendous job. I posted a while back - there were actually NO HUMAN CLINICAL trials in 2012 and there were 96 million OS. Fast forward 4 years - we have had 6, 7, 8 DOMINANT human trials all the way into ondeck phase 3 for B-Absssi and we only diluted about 30 million ? That is amazing.

Real investors when they read that story will jump in. But we have to keep the science going and dominating trials. They need to open up relationships with BP as they are doing now with Dr. B who says they are by far the most advanced they have ever been in the history of CTIX in regards to private meetings with BP. Every day that passes is a day that BP digs into more data. If the science is not good enough we will all know in years to come.

Competition and data will spur the deals. This is real life and if something is valuable and can make someone alot of money, there will be a bidding war.

Just think about this weeks data. I'm sure some BP's were given presentations by CTIX about the data this week and now there MAY be a little stir crazy going on? Like thoughts of - "hey if we don't pounce now....we may lose this"

So I agree the share price moves on several large investors trading the stock and the fact that LEO most likely sells to Aspire on days of PR's to limit the downside, but all of that will end when the first deal hits.

First deal hits -
Possible squeeze
Public Market re-evaluates value - better estimate comes in and share price move up sharply
CTIX uplists
Institutions realize huge undervalued share price - gobble up millions of shares
More and more good data sets come in
More and more progress on all fronts
More and more deals and collaborations are in place
Boom - we are sitting at a XX Billion market cap all of a sudden

Maybe Kevetrin shrinks tumors significantly in this phase 2 trial?
Maybe Prurisol steps into the Biologic s range of efficacy?
We already see the Anti-inflammatory effects of B which could be worth billions alone.
We have B-ABSSSI sitting on the shelf. It could be worth billions to a savvy BP investor. Maybe that happens overnight.

Bottom line - you are CURRENTLY right at this time. People feel they can jump in at any time and make good money when this thing takes off.

I am taking the Warren route - patience and keep adding in companies that you feel have game changing products. I'm on the 10-15 year plan unless Leo sells off.

Good luck all
