after the last PR back in Feb there was remaining out an S-1 to get financing from Redwood with the sale of 122 million shares

so yesterday's filing cancelled those 122 million shares

the S-1 withdrawal is a huge move from Hartman !

now we know for sure he got funds for BIEI without having to sell those shares

it is either from sales or partnership or simply some friendly loan

where they can take cash when needed

this is a very good news for BIEI
