So in 2013 the govt said they will quicken the process to procure. Then in 2017 the government said they will complete phase 3 and upgrade equipment. Fancy words 'clinical review' 'upgrade' 'quicken the process' ...... four years later ...... ZERO!

because Kallo was involved in a meeting that took place at 37 Military Hospital four years ago discussing a completely different topic, they are now, after not being involved in either of the first two phases of that facility's upgrade, somehow going to be involved in the third phase of the upgrade?

Man, are we getting desperate, or what?
