For the most part you are correct. Pilot program initially but since im involved in nc hemp licensing application myself i see things a bit differently. As far as HEMP inc I really dont care. The much larger issue for me surrounds the economic viability of this crop to nc farmers. As i said my biggest issue for HEMP inc is the legal issue surrounding SEC investigation and a possible halt. Probably see a run up in share price heading towards 4/20 here like lots of mj/hemp tickers do though.
