Gottlieb's - Potus's pick for FDA - nomination hearings begin next week. It should be interesting to see what happens with ADF opioids - the Potus publicly stated he will push for greater access to ADF opioids and yet he picked Chris Christie for his 'drug czar" and Christie vetoed a bill in NJ to have ADFs covered by insurance.
Gottlieb is recusing himself for a year from FDA decisions on more than 20 companies he has had ties to plus resigning from positions and divesting his interests related to these ties.
