LMAO what did people expect..... RM announced this quarter. Didn't expect much in the filing posted today but did think to have some bids out. Better load up from here IMO

Wasn't this all expected I mean they are building a refinery and of course they will dilute to do so. They are using MMEX in large part for its 30,000,000.00 carry forward deficit. I would imagine most knew of this??
Maybe I am missing something here.
