Received a notification that it was 'Expected on 3/28, Pre-Market'. All ER releases are just guesses either way, but I expect we receive it by month end. Offering has closed and the shares have held stable. People should now feel more comfortable getting into a position.
My thoughts: at present
Optimistic:
1) Maybe the offering was to raise cash to hold them over during a buy out.
2) They have a back pocket PR IMO. They waited for the offering to settle down, they have the ER coming up, and some sort of positive news (BO, Lung Cancer Recap, or new human zika trial announced).
- could be a combination, but i expect at the least an ER and a positive PR.
Pessimistic:
1) Offering was intended to raise cash and not get de-listed.
2) ER will still be positive.
I'm leaning towards my optimistic view ;)
