I get exactly that for my off-label scrip for Amarin's Vascepa. Just recently, CVS and my insurance co. offered a 3-month duration supply(360 capsules), whereby my co-pay amounts to ~ $111 or $37/month for 120 capsules. 4 capsules/day = 4 g./day of 96%EPA.
Today, zumantu posted/published NOAs for 3 patent applications of Amarin, on the Amarin IHub board. IMO, you will find the numbered claims of each to be interesting...my quick skim shows them to embrace or include compositions of Vascepa that are used in Amarin's Reduce-It Phase 3 trial. The 2nd interim look time-line for that trial is proceeding as planned in 2017. See the links I have posted in My Stocks above for further information.
