Where's the note or filing on this claim, or you're speculating? its easy to blame Fred, who is not blameless. still where the fact to this claim?

Fred borrows money for his one-man money pit from toxic lenders, and then repays the loan with tens of millions of dilutive CJTF shares, at a 50% or so discount. Those lenders make money. Anyone else loses money.
