why not? dolv should not be trading at penny levels. it is a shell without clarity of what type of business it is becoming or the direction they are taking. the assumption is that r/m is taking place, but it is not certain. there is also speculation of the nature of the business, but those are all guesses. there is not knowledge of the share structure changes that will take place either. lots of unknowns. that is why it is returning to fair value. more carnage tomorrow. back to low to mid .00's until definitive news comes.
