Fyrefall would like to correct you if I may....not if the company executes but WHEN the company executes. There have been detours along the way, which quite honestly, I think puts us in an even better trajectory than the plan originally started. Now visualize college...when you start you have a plan...then you change your major and along with that you have to take additional different classes to meet the requirements of that degree. Well same here...people get impatient, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel...and it's not another train!! go CHRO
