It's just something to keep an eye on...

...the way to know if they are legit or not is to see if they all jump back when somebody tries to sell at the bid. Quite often they will only have a very small bid in place and when somebody sells at the bid, all the ECNs will move back a penny or a half penny or completely dissappear.
