That's odd because I'm looking at the KNSC SEC filings in my TD Ameritrade account and the only filing showing is the Form 15. I'll look again, maybe I missed something.
the KNSC symbol has changed hands repeatedly over the last several years and has been a pump and dump scam each time.
The only reference I found to Mr. Nassar in the SEC filings is the Form 15.
If this company purchased KNSC in Feb. 2015 as alleged and nothing but propaganda/hype has been forthcoming for over two years, it should be a huge red flag.
Anybody can buy a worthless shell, people can and do pump and dump as long as they can get suckers.
Anybody can post things on Google just as they do on other sites that may not be true.
