I like 721 and Omeros pipeline (x-Omidria) but moving on the past two days on announcement of data presentations and the one patient data today, which was known, makes me think an offering is coming.

I like 721 and the Omeros pipeline in general, still yesterday and todays move make me think there is an offering in the works which wouldn't be the worst thing. The patient mentioned in the presentation today was discussed on frequent conference calls perhaps there is new additional data? but the response and failing to tolerate Soliris was known.

I held off buying mainly because it kept going up as I was doing DD but thought they would likely do a financing as tapping the loan isn't a slam dunk to hit the revenue or market cap numbers and they are probably in the 30-35 million cash range at the end of Q1 (not counting the $5m restricted). Plus I don't like how sales for Omidria are continuingly not meeting expectations. Seems they are discounting a lot to keep the growth and then there is risk of going outside the bundle 1/1/18 not to mention the Par challenge.
