Thanks Ted. I can see how what you are thinking could be the way it is. That makes sense to me now. America Makes and DARPA project conclusions are probably the starting gun for serial production in metal AM. At some point, manufacturers are going to have to start production with what they have, rather than what they envision and want. GE is already on the way down that road. C-suite and bean counters aren't going to wait much longer for the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on developing metal AM to start yielding a ROI. 3DSim, SGLB etc are the initial tools for the industry. Ten years from now the tools will likely look and act very different from today. I expect we will see PR3D utilized, as a start, later this year, in at least one OEM.
