Bid has been growing so maybe Frank scraped together something of value to share with shareholders. Apparently tech holdings seems to be the liquidity event transaction to close 1st quarter. If this is the case maybe just maybe fingers crossed that funding has been achieved to buyback up to 2B shares. March 31st coming up so shareholders may be thrown a bone. $WNTR phoniex rising from the ashes.
Would be the perfect time to release news. Trips have been hot of late.
