Well, you can find out if it is maxed out or not.

With the couple of recent promo events here, I cannot see how it is not already maxed out.

Norat paid up to get current again with the Nevada SOS, about 1350 or so IIRC so surely he can raise the AS again, as necessary to meet debt obligations.
