All this I'am sure will come out in a court of Law, I know if I was the CEO, I would bring to the court all Financial records and receipts along with witness's if necessary to prove how much was spent on the development of BOTH. IMO $$$$$

I wonder if the APT Lawyers will have to show Videos as well as pictures of their Multi-Million dollar research Lab to this judge, to also prove this APT SonicFlow 2-Cycle Engine: Engineering prototype completed and production prototype under final development and testing., was all done with MTVX shareholder money, or as you say ??, MTVX did not pay $1.00 for any of this, can't wait to see what a Honest Judge who can not lie decides. Wink!!

Or did MTVX have all this Built for FREE. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
