They likely don't have an answer or solution. The might only go to a lower Nasdaq tier, they might be able to extend the 4/10 date, but most solutions require dilution, a maintaining of market cap, and unfortunately an RS well above the $1 range to stay where they are, or, business, but not really Baileys forte...
