Combined with all DD done here, we know O/S = A/S almost exactly, no significant shares left, company CEO has promised investors they're working on updating all the filings and absolutely will get Current, and it coincides with cleaning up debt and getting better financing;
bid-sitters trying to scare shares from those who don't know what they've got, didn't do their DD, and are basically very short-term flippers;
anyone claiming they can't "get excited" here until CEO spells out all the details, dots all the i's and crosses the t's, in more filings and PR's, is either trying to shake shares or is just very naive; the exciting times are here now.
Frankly I'm glad this management is the real deal, not putting out fluff PR's every week while increasing the A/S or something and taking huge salaries for themselves and their pals, milking common shareholders; this company is doing everything the decent way with concern for the bottom line and shareholder value... doing the work, the groundwork on paper and on the ground, is not overnight.
