I never understood how Canada can force the shareholders to hold their shares, after allowing them to buy them.

Ed was allowed to post several un audited annuals on Sedar....then acted as if he didn't know the law.

I think most of the shares are owned by people in the USA. I have been in and out of this stock over the past 5 years. This has had multiple runs. I don't believe that is some shareholder holding that many shares. A billion shares can be bought up here in less than a week at these levels.
