yep complicated issue; there are a hundred other articles regarding this exact issue so I wont explain it but a good starting place is CVSI responds to FDA warnings from 13 months ago. And a big problem with MJNA is the 2 billion plus outstanding shares it has. If MJNA is worth 12 cents CVSI should be 6 bucks. Also the hemp industry is starting to find some friends in high places and they really like the over the counter cbd companies because CVSI and others are helping fund getting the hemp industry off the ground. Is GW Pharma doing that? Nope they are a foreign company screw them.
Sorry but this thing is long from over in my opinion and will need to be decided in federal court or congress before its all said and done. think red yeast on steroids and you have come to the cannabidiol quagmire.
