Well...he is not lying about that. Problem is that a big one won't work either. At least not the way they say it will. However a prototype would provide proof of concept. The reason he doesn't want to do a prototype is that it would show all of their engineering fuax pas.Some of their claims being made are absolutely amazing AND DEFY ALL LAWS OF PHYSICS.. A lay person can get away with them, but not "scientists".

Just more milking the scam.
