Let us know when Neurotrope sends out Proxies to allow dilution beyond 20% .

Hey I know, maybe NTRP can package it with some "shareholder protection" amendments to make sure enough people vote to pass the dilution amendment. Maybe NTRP can even hire a company to telephone investors to vote Yes on all amendments.

Nah....that would be questionable as hell if you ask me.

Dilution should be the least thing to worry about with NTRP at this point in time. If results are clearly positive then the share price will skyrocket. If they are negative or ambiguous, then the share price will fall like a rock. Dilution will have minimal effect on either scenario. May be a factor down the road but not before results are announced.
