This just looks like market makers doing sketchy stuff by leaving us out in the dust.

I have seen these types of trades lead to good and bad things for us investors.

I'm banking on this being a great play still, so my view here is a bit biased.

It's a sign of manipulation. Although it is nice to see that who ever is using VNDM reads the board because 5 min after I posted that he finally took out .0013 after spending most of the day ignoring it to hit .0012. He's not supposed to go around bids.
