Fair assessment..Good news is Stix will get a chance to tweak process if needed with the Kickstarter backers..Their feedback will be welcomed..I've signed up for samples, but didn't participate with KS..
Think potential is enormous,..and can't wait til food junkies and chefs get involved..I envision a Sriracha Stix Food Network tv episode with Bobby Flay mentoring..but I also realize there likely will be a few trial and error runs to get it right..fingers crossed..
