Why isn't the SEC suing for the false claims that DaFoley would never serve a single day in prison, GUARANTEED and the AS would NEVER go over a Billion shares, GUARANTEED, as the Foley mouthpiece kept touting over and over - FALSELY?
That is certainly as egregious an example of touting as BIG Orange Bennie Blankenship's BS.
Just more examples of the D-list pumpers and paid touts that DaFoley uses to mouth his lies to the crowd so he can dump more shares. Many of his touts do the yobb without even getting compensated for doing it, all DaFoley needs to pay them is a little attention and make them feel 'special' - like leaking lies such as 'Don the Marketing Guru', the 'August/September/October/Never HDR Paramount lieberry, that he would never serve a single day in prison, that the AS would never go over a billion - and the unpaid mouthpieces parrot his 'insider' lies for free.
DaFoley is a master at playing the rubes. Unfortunately for him, the legal system isn't staffed by rubes.
He can easily fool a tennis coach or a Sonic assistant shift manager, butt those AUSAs aren't quite so gullible to swallow his bullshet - hence his first paid BOP vacation at Taft - and a second one at a Medium coming up for him in the future.
