Seymour has never said whether or not results from Moffat's lab will determine if he takes a candidate into IND-enabling studies.

Nor has Seymour indicated whether or not Moffat's lab has adequately developed their models to test NNVC's candidate.

Given that 12 years, $80 Million, and 6000 "positive" animal studies weren't enough, it's doubtful that one further "skin patch" study from Moffat's lab will be what tips the scale from NNVC being a complete and total failure, into being a Nobel Prize-winning trillion dollar revolutionary pharma curing the near totality of all life-threatening viral infections..

Yet, some believe the results from Moffat's lab are imminent, and will be exactly this kind of trigger.

I'm trying to understand this gaping discrepancy between reality and those bizarre expectations.
