Keep in mind Friday's news of the LOI was announced in a regulatory filing which gives it much more credibility as opposed to if it was done in a news release. It carries much more weight. Therefore, I strongly believe they are serious about getting the LOI done.
There cann always be a breakdown in negotiations butI think they are sincere in trying to execute this LOI.
