The most recent address is a maildrop - HJOE has never had a physical location.

Adamson/Veal provided a bogus address to the SEC and they were suspended and revoked.

Obviously the SEC aren't so gullible as to believe HJOE just transposed the zip code since 2014.

There are only a few that hope and wish their investment is gone - most have faced the reality that HJOE was a scam.

Hjoe is revoked. There is no recent filing as hjoe doesn't need to file anywhere.
We'll know more when the investigations become public.

Although hjoe got a delay in the recent court cases, it has nothing to do with the SEC investigation.

Hjoe has multiple parallel problems.
