Gee, look at the K trial inclusion criteria. How could you know this stuff when the patients are Stage IV?

Bilirubin ≤ 1.5 X upper limit of normal
AST, SGOT, ALT, SGPT ≤ 2.5 X upper limit of normal, < 5 upper limit if there are liver metastases
Renal function:
Serum creatinine within normal limits

You do understand that NORMAL means FROM A HEALTHY PERSON, right?

The patients in the trial are still stage IV with not even a partial response. But hey, let's test a less effective oral formulation before we show any benefit with the current formulation.
